Speakers:
 
Patrick J. Kelly is a partner in Ballard Spahr LLP in the Intellectual Property Department, a member of the biotechnology practice team in the Patents Group, and a member of the Life Sciences/Technology Group. Dr. Kelly’s practice focuses on intellectual property matters related to the life sciences. He advises pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and scientific instrumentation companies and venture capitalists.

Marc S. Segal is of counsel in the Intellectual Property Department, and is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Group, the biotechnology and pharmaceutical teams in the Patents Group, and the Life Sciences/Technology Group. Mr. Segal’s practice encompasses the spectrum of intellectual property law, including patent prosecution, litigation, counseling and licensing. He advises clients in the biotechnology, biological sciences and pharmaceutical industries.
